The service
Plaziar reads official trademark publications, identifies applications that may conflict with the marks you watch and emails you with the estimated opposition deadline.
Information, not legal advice
Plaziar provides information. It isn't legal advice and doesn't replace an attorney's judgment. We detect possible conflicts and alert you; we don't promise to catch every one.
We don't file oppositions
Plaziar doesn't file oppositions or act before any office. You or your attorney file the opposition.
Deadlines
Deadlines are calculated from the official publication date and each office's rules. You're responsible for confirming the deadline with the office before you act.
Reservations
For now, Plaziar only takes reservations. Reserving a plan costs nothing: first alerts go out in December 2026, and we charge nothing before your first alert.
Payment
When plans become available, they'll be billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, through an authorized reseller acting as merchant of record. We'll tell you who it is before you pay.
Refunds
You can request a full refund of any payment within 14 days, no reason needed. Write to team@lirium.ai and we'll refund it to your original payment method.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to team@lirium.ai. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send unsolicited messages to applicants or their agents, or to resell the data in bulk.
