Who we are

What we collect

Reservation data: your email, country, chosen plan and the number of marks you plan to watch.

Account data: name and email. When you buy a plan, billing details are handled by our payment provider; we never store card numbers.

Portfolio data: the marks, classes and offices you add to watch.

Usage data: aggregate visit counts, without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

To confirm your reservation and tell you when your plan is available (required).

To run the watch service and send your alerts, once it's available (required).

To send transactional email: confirmations, receipts and account notices (required).

To send product news (optional). You can opt out at any time through the link at the bottom of each email or by writing to team@lirium.ai. Opting out doesn't affect the service.

Gazette data

The trademark applications we show come from official public publications of IMPI, INPI Argentina, INPI Brazil and the USPTO, which permit their reuse. Details are on the Sources and attribution page.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account is open. If you close it, we delete the data within 30 days, except billing records we're legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and limit how it's used or disclosed by writing to team@lirium.ai. We reply within 20 business days.

Residents of Argentina may ask at any time to be removed or blocked from advertising databases (Art. 27, Law 25,326). Residents of Brazil may exercise their rights under Art. 18 of the LGPD, and residents of Mexico their ARCO rights, through the same address.

Service providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Convex (database), Resend (email), Clerk (authentication) and Cloudflare (hosting and cookieless visit counts). When payments are enabled, the payment provider will be listed here.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page and email you if the change is material.
